By purchasing a subscription to ShootAIPhoto, you acknowledge and agree that access to digital content is provided immediately upon purchase, and service consumption begins right away. As a result, you expressly waive your right to the standard 14-day withdrawal period.
No Refunds
Due to the high costs associated with GPU processing, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances. Upon purchase, we reserve server resources and incur immediate expenses to facilitate your usage.
Subscription & Billing
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew for the same period (monthly or yearly) at the end of each term. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the renewal date via the Billing section on our website.
- No Prorated Refunds: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access for the remainder of your billing cycle, but no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused time.
- Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing, credits, and service offerings at any time. Any price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the next renewal.
Taxes & Payment Obligations
- Subscription fees do not include applicable taxes, duties, or assessments, which you are responsible for paying.
- If any payment is overdue, we may suspend your access after providing written notice.
- Abuse of the Free tier, such as creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, may result in charges or account suspension.
